Denise, I just heard your presentation through the NCBA this afternoon and wanted to follow up and ask you some specific questions about whether the Net Promoter Score would be useful for what we want to find out, as well as some best practices around tracking marketing efforts for credit unions. I’d also be very interested to read more resources, articles or blog posts on successful social media strategies and/or from where you quoted the 99% failure rate of direct mail. We at Self-Help are doing some deep systems and operational analysis and thinking around our marketing efforts. Thank you!
