I was inaware that there even was such a thing as a call center conference until i saw your doggie on your bloggie. I don’t run teh call center at LMFCU, but the girl who does needs to learn a thing or two and it would be good for the rest of us to get her out of the office for a few days. Know what I mean? Could you get some more infromation to us so that we can send her to the call conference which in Las Vegas Nevada sometime later on in the year 2011? Thank you for your help and for your doggie’s help. He’s very cute and funny.
